Prices in USD. Annual billing saves ~20% (shown as monthly effective rate). Solo, Team, and Shop include an LLM inference budget per seat — routed across Anthropic, Google, Groq, and OpenAI with automatic failover. Overage beyond the budget: Solo is rate-limited; Team and Shop get a soft-cap grace month; Enterprise is negotiated.

Common questions

What is the LLM budget?
Each seat comes with a monthly dollar budget for AI inference. When your CSR runs a Thread Summarizer, we pay Google, Anthropic, or Groq for the tokens — we log the actual cost against your budget. Most users burn $2–$8 a month at normal activity. Heavy users of Re-Engineer + Prompt Re-Engineer can hit $15–25.
What happens if my team goes over the budget?
Solo: the more expensive tools throttle down until next month. Team and Shop: soft-cap grace month, then a call from us to right-size. Enterprise: negotiated in your contract.
Which AI models do you use?
All the good ones — Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Groq — routed by tier and task. Every request goes to whichever provider is best for that job, with automatic failover. Your team never picks a model.
Can we switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you use our data to train AI?
No. Requests go to your chosen provider for that one call — the paid APIs we use don't train on your data. We store SHA-256 hashes of prompts for analytics, not raw text, unless you explicitly Save-to-KB.
How does per-tenant isolation work?
Every table (companies, users, prompt runs, KB entries) is scoped by Row Level Security in Postgres. Even a bug in our application code couldn't leak your data to another shop — the database enforces it.
